Top 8 "Must Have" Features In Your Online Store (Part 1)

1.Single page checkout

Single page checkout allows your customers to fill in the necessary details e.g shipping/billing address, shipping method and payment information on one page. Set it up at Settings > Checkout > Checkout Setting > Checkout Experience. When you are done with your grocery shopping, you will be heading towards the shortest lane to check out your items. This is an analogy of a supermarket. Imagine you are buying online, a single page checkout would be a favor because it is faster since there are no additional pages to load as compared to multi page checkout. 

2.Abandoned cart recovery

The average online cart abandonment rate across the world is 69.57%. Simply put, 7 out of 10 online shoppers leave their cart without completing the purchase. This can be a huge source of loss revenue to your online store. Check for yourself at Orders > Abandoned checkouts. You can convert these abandoned orders into actual purchase by sending them a reminder email to your customers automatically 24 hours after they created their carts at Settings > Checkout > Abandoned Checkout > Automated cart recovery

3.Payment reminder

You have a lot to do in the day-to-day running of your online business, this is why chasing payment from your customers should not be one of those things when you can automate this process in EasyStore at Settings > Checkout > Automated payment reminder. Payment reminder email will be sent automatically to your customers 6 hours after they placed their orders. You can actually skip the chasing and awkward conversations, but still get paid! 

4.Order cancellation

The payment status in your order will remain ‘Unpaid’, and will continue to remain this status if there is no payment received from your customers. There could be many reasons customers have yet to make payment. Such orders that are neither complete nor failed, can be canceled at Settings > Checkout > Automated order cancellation after a configured time period due to stock availability limitation etc. Get your order and inventory aligned at the same time without manual work needed!
