Tell us a bit about your business and what is your story: How did you get started and decide on what to sell?It all happened when we had our 1st baby and it is a norm that all new born best to be wrap with a swaddle to sooth them and ensure a better sleep. First, we bought a normal and yet boring swaddle for our baby. Then we found that it is too warm for him especially in such warm weather in Malaysia. That's when we started to explore for a swaddle that suits better for our little one. At last, we found this swaddle that is made from muslin fabric. Which is absolutely suitable for use in hot weather such as Malaysia, because of the breathable material. Thus, that is where we began.
How did you make your first sales? Which channels are now generating the most traffic and sales for you?We started selling for the 1st time in a flee market, and the result was positive. But somehow, the sales were not as impressive as the 1st few days when we started off. Soon after, we noticed that the reason could be because we lack of reach. Fortunately, a friend shared with us about the miracles of online businesses that succeeded with the help of EasyStore. Today, our online store generates the highest traffic and sales compare to other channels.
